Counselling and support

The LesMigraS Refugee-Team consists of Lawyers, Social Workers and Psychologists who support you in different languages. We offer free and specialised counselling services for LGBT*I*Q+ refugees in Berlin.

Counselling is currently available in German, English, Arabic, Russian, Turkish, Persian, Kurdish (Sorani) and Armenian, Polish and Ukranian.

If you need another language, you can let us know in advance. Then we can contact an interpreter.

We provide advice and help on asylum and residence law issues, dealing with violence and discrimination, accommodation and health.

If necessary and in conflict situations, we will accompany you to offices and accommodation.

Mobile Counselling 

As part of our outreach work, we offer individual counselling and support in your accommodation/residence. This service is available to LGBT*I*Q+ refugees who have been affected by violence and discrimination.

Meetings and Networking

Are you looking for a group and group activities? Would you like to meet other LGBT*I*Q+ refugees? Would you like to exchange ideas on different topics, get information about life in Berlin or just watch films together?

Then you are cordially invited to the LesMigraS group for refugees. We plan monthly meetings at the LesMigraS office as well as other locations within Berlin.
