25 salan: Pîrozî, azadî û berxwedan!
(25 Jahre: Stolz, Freiheit und Widerstand!)

Unsere Räume sind mehr als nur physische Orte. Sie sind Schutzräume und Erinnerungsorte an all jene, die vor uns gekämpft haben und an die, die nach uns kommen werden. Wir gestalten diese Räume für uns selbst und für die kommenden Generationen, als Zeugnis unserer Identitäten und unserer Kämpfe. Hier dürfen wir wachsen und heilen, ohne unsere Geschichten erklären zu müssen. Unsere Räume sind Versprechen und Zufluchtsort, Beständigkeit und Veränderung zugleich – und sie werden so lange bestehen, wie wir sie brauchen.

Our spaces are more than just physical places. They are shelters and places of remembrance for all those who have fought before us and those who will come after us. We create these spaces for ourselves and for future generations, as a testimony to our identities and our fights. Here we can grow and heal without having to explain our stories. Our spaces are both promise and refuge, permanence and change - and they will exist for as long as we need them.

Intersectional Power, Radical Joy: Our Liberation is the Future!

For a quarter of a century, we have been creating spaces that are resistant - against exclusion, against stigmatisation, against silence. We have promised ourselves to strengthen each other and make visible what is often made invisible by mainstream society. Through collective struggles and tireless commitment, we are here - as a community that continues to build and grow, as a network that offers support and as a place where all sides of our identity can count. Our story is just the beginning, because our struggles are not over yet.

Seit einem Vierteljahrhundert schaffen wir Räume, die widerständig sind – gegen Ausgrenzung, gegen Stigmatisierung, gegen das Schweigen. Wir haben uns versprochen, einander zu stärken und sichtbarer zu machen, was von der Mehrheitsgesellschaft oft unsichtbar gemacht wird. Durch kollektive Kämpfe und unermüdliches Engagement stehen wir hier – als Gemeinschaft, die sich immer wieder aufbaut und wächst, als Netz, das Schutz bietet, und als Ort, an dem alle Seiten unserer Identität zählen dürfen. Unsere Geschichte ist erst der Anfang, denn unsere Kämpfe sind noch nicht beendet.

Solidarität bedeutet, dass wir füreinander da sind, auch wenn der Alltag uns fordert und der Schmerz uns schwächt. Wir halten aneinander fest, weil wir wissen, dass unsere Kämpfe miteinander verbunden sind – der Kampf um queere Rechte ist untrennbar mit dem Kampf gegen Rassismus verknüpft. Wir lassen uns nicht spalten, sondern stärken einander in Momenten der Trauer und in Stunden der Freude. Es ist diese Verbundenheit, die uns trägt und weiter wachsen lässt – wie ein Netz, das uns alle auffängt und gleichzeitig Raum für Veränderung schafft

Solidarity means that we are there for each other, even when everyday life challenges us and pain weakens us. We hold on to each other because we know that our struggles are connected - the fight for queer rights is inextricably linked to the fight against racism. We do not allow ourselves to be divided, but strengthen each other in moments of grief and in hours of joy. It is this solidarity that sustains us and allows us to continue to grow - like a net that holds us all up and at the same time creates space for change

25 ans de lutte pour la justice, contre toutes les formes d’oppression. Notre résistance est plus forte que jamais. -

25 Jahre – eine Geschichte, die nicht nur von Widerstand erzählt, sondern auch von Hoffnung, Freude und dem Mut, unseren Platz in der Gesellschaft zu beanspruchen. Queer zu sein, BIPoC zu sein, bedeutet immer auch, sich in einer Welt zu behaupten, die uns oft als anders oder weniger wertvoll ansieht. Doch wir sind hier, in all unserer Vielfalt und Stärke, und wir lassen uns nicht kleinmachen. Unsere Räume sind unverwüstlich, unsere Stimmen bleiben laut, und wir kämpfen weiter für eine Gesellschaft, in der jede*r sicher und selbstbestimmt leben kann.

25 years - a story that not only tells of resistance, but also of hope, joy and the courage to claim our place in society. Being queer, being BIPoC, always means asserting ourselves in a world that often sees us as different or less valuable. But we are here, in all our diversity and strength, and we will not be minimised. Our spaces are resilient, our voices remain loud and we continue to fight for a society in which everyone can live in safety and self-determination.

Our strength is reliant on our collective actions, and the future of our spaces and collective imaginings depends on our combined fight for queer liberation. For 25 years, our two organisations, GLADT and LesMigraS have been, committed to working on providing spaces and support that are at the intersection of anti-racism and queer and trans rights work. Together, we continue to build a future where liberation is not just a dream, but a reality in the making.
